Draft. An unclear golden beer with a medium light orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of chili, that tears in the nose. The flavor is sweet malty with a nice medium strong chili note - not too much, but it still leaves a slight chili burn on the palate and tongue.

tap at the brewpub - Pours copper and has a very citrus oriented hop rich nose. I’m thinking grapefruit. The flavor strikes a good balance between the ample hops expected of the style and the malt backbone. It’s fairly light and while not outstanding for the style, is enjoyable.

tap at the brewpub - Pours black with a very nice roast malt and chocolate aroma. The flavor is robust roast chocolate malt. Full bodied and rich, I wouldn’t call it a terribly complicated beer for the style, but I would call it a good one.

tap at the brewpub - The bartender told me this beer is their raspberry plus their imperial porter blended and kegged for a couple weeks. It pours very dark brown and the aroma is mostly raspberries. The flavor has some dark roast malt, but again the raspberries dominate it. It’s medium bodied and quite drinkable though in my opinion the porter alone is better. I suspect they used more raspberry ale than they did porter.

tap at the brewpub - Pours black with a thin tan head. It smells like espresso beans. It tastes like espresso beans (and dark roast malt of course). Good! I needed some caffeine! It’s medium bodied and pretty tasty.
