Lightly misted gold with small consistent white head. Aroma of citrus, stone fruits, light pine and grains. Taste has an overripe peach and melon with some tangy tropical notes. Background has a flaky malt, pine and light minerals. A touch watered down in flavour and little lighter on body. Drying moderate bitter finish. Its ok.

440ml can. Semi-hazed gold with light wispy top. Aroma is very citric with lemon, mandarin, light funk, kiwi, light spice. Taste as mentioned in previous review has a certain tinny quality - pineapple, mandarin, pear with a slight yeasty near lemon tang running through. As a NEIPA its poor although as a beer from Aldi its more towards the top end!

330ml can from Beer52. Pours a semi-hazed gold with small white head. Aroma of grapefruit, passionfruit with hint of lemon, pine and flora. Taste of grapefruit, oats, lemon, pine. Somewhat light in flavour but pleasant. Light bodied but not watery and has a certain slickness to it. Its decent for the strength although nothing stand out.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours black with nice creamy beige head. Aroma of dry dark malts, liquorice, caramel, sweet scented herbs. Taste is very much roasted dry malts, coffee, caramel, some sweetness in the middle with a tangy berry, and a hoppy herbal moderate bitter, roasty and ginger finish. Near medium bodied, slick but dry, fine carbonation.

Can from Aldi, Coleshill. Pours a murky amber with small white head, nice head and retention. Aroma of caramel, coriander, citrus zest, pine, orange. Interesting. Taste of caramel malts and citrus zest at first, then orange, coriander, grapefruit, moderate zesty bitterness. Very nice. Medium bodied, smooth. William Bros have been a good low-budget craft beer producer for a while but they have surpassed themselves with this one.

Can from Beers of Europe, online. Pours a clear gold, small white head. Aroma of peaches, some pale malts and light grassiness. Taste again of peaches, dried tropical fruits, grassy bitterness and some spice in the finish. Light bodied but with a slickness consistent with fruit concentrate additions. Its decent flavour wise but a little basic in the malt and hop profile.

Bottle from Lidl. Pours black with small beige to tanned head, nice lasting top with lacing. Aroma and taste is rich with roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate but has a light blackcurrant note Medium bodied, fairly full for the strength, creamy, soft carbonation. Very nice indeed.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear gold with small white head. Aroma of gooseberry, grains, light citrus zest, honey. Taste of honey, gooseberry, malts, lemon. Smooth medium body. I've found previous honey beers to be either too syrupy sweet or too much bittering hops to compensate. This one has a more subtle touch and it seems to work better. Possibly the best one I've had so far.
