Fra flaske på Mandag i annen des-14: nydelig, saftig bæraroma med piaknt sødme. Fint beige skum. Men her stopper gleden, smaken er sursyrlig, vandig og kort. Kokte grønnsaker i smaksbildet.

Shared bottle at Mandag i annen at Cardinal. Pours dark brown with off-white head. Aroma of caramel, fruit, boiled vegetables. Fruity taste, sour and sweet; berries, wood. Easily drinkable, but more like homebrew.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.3%, otherwise the same label as the weaker version. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Large beige head. Malty aroma, some sourish (nearly vinous) and woody notes too. Woody and malty flavour, quite dry, some fruity acidity. Minimal hops. Not a great beer, but drinkable.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, sour malt. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, grain, hay, sweet malt.
