From bottle at Cardinal with HDI and SB 18.11.15. Very dark brown. Dense and persistent pale brownm head and lacing. Aroma of medium dark malt and dark syrup. Quite dry and slightly acidic, with hints of star anise. A bit fizzy.

Huge fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is dry roasted, weeds, minerals, roasted grain, paper, co2 stinging in the nose, burnt grain, burnt caramel, hints of sour coffee. Taste is sour-ish dry, weeds, burnt grain, minerals, grass, paper, burnt caramel, sour coffee. Medium bitterness, dry mineraly mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Not my cup of tea.

Fra flaske på Mi2, Cardinal aug-15: brunsvart med beige skum. Aroma: røstet bygg, italienskbrent kaffe, litt sjokolade og (pussig nok) noe som minner om makrell i tomat (som jeg er storforbruker av).Tørr og slank, lettdrikkelig, men jeg kunne forsåvidt tenkt meg en litt tydeligere tilstedeværelse av humle. Kan gjerne drikke denne igjen.

Flaske (bb. 211115) delt med Ovesen på Holmens aktivitetsdag: uklar kobber med højt storboblet skum. Duft av granskog, jordbær, epler, malt og litt pepper. Frisk og oppkvikkende på en travel bryggerdag, kan trygt kjøpes igjen.
