Bottle at Chris_o’s Magic Night. Pale gold, still yeasty, bit of spice. Bit thin I thought. It’s a tripel. Bit thin. OK.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Rubyish brown colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel, toffee, wood and some slight cellary notes. Flavour is roasted malts, toffee, some hops and caramel. A Quite nice done brew.

Bottled (BB 03/2007)
Very dark brown, almost opaque, not much head. Plums, toasted malts, raisins and alcohol in the nose - shows signs of ageing (propably at least 1,5 years old bottle). Tar, woody hops, some dates. Long tarry roasted aftertaste. Interesting beer: imperial stout from Argentina, just a bit too offensive with its roast and tar.

Bottled@10%. Thanks omhper! Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is hay and raisins along with some bready hints. Flavour is very much alcohol, some grass and mild fruits in a rather unpleasant mix. Unbalanced.

Bottled, alc. 10%
Light amber color, not much head. Ryeish, bready hoppy aroma. Very metallic, light in the body, very alcoholic. Light fruityness. Harsh, unbalanced and too alcoholic. Me no likes, impossible to finish the bottle.

Dark brown, fast fading tan head. Nose of dry malt, mocha, brown sugar and light alcohol. Sweet molasses brown sugar palate, lasting roasted bitterness in finish. Light, well masked alcohol heat. I don’t find this particularly thin like others seem to
