Bottle - Very aromatic creamsicle notes. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Much like the nose, very vanilla, pastry and candied orange. Very aromatic, candy sweet and odd.

Well, this one does not seem infected... that’s a good sign. Lots of berries in the nose... seems legit. Hazy amber colour with some golden hues, a warm creamy-frothy head, good retention and decent lacing. Pretty good until this. Then, not sure what to make of the taste. Some berries, but overall pretty watery. Really? For 7% ABV. ?? After the fruits disappear quickly, some weird herbal bitterness and then, grain in the finish. Is this an error (miscalculated alcohol lever)? Well, at least no infected sourness in this one.

Clean copper colour with a frothy light-mocha head, decent retention and some low creamy lace. The nose is quite sweet at first with some dark fruit notes coming out eventually (dates, prunes). Hints of coffee. Oh boy, the old infected sourness in the taste. How can this still be going on after all these years ?!??! Some light roastiness and coffee after the sour grossness disappears. Wow, can’t believe this.

Pours a clean deep-amber colour with a fizzy yellow-beige head which disappears quick enough, leaving some creamy-foamy bottom lace. Aromas of plums, raisins with some coffee notes and some hay. Actually, quite sweet overall with some caramel and butterscotch. Thankfully the taste is not as sweet. Still some mild caramel and dark fruits. Light alcohol and watery finish. Not the best, not very well-blended. Not one I would have again.
