The aroma is sweet roasted with notes of alcohol, prunes, and yeast. The color is red-brown and it has a collapsing brown head. The flavor is of caramel, roasted malt, licorice, and it has a dry finish. And the body is strong.

Golden color; poor head. Poor aroma and flavor, a bit oily. Not bitter enough. Halfway to a Strong Lager.

Can, Kuala Lumpur
Black color; brownish creamy head. Solid stout, more balanced than the other ones from the Region (South Asia) and less sour; with some liquorice; good body structure. Roasted bitter final.

Rated both bottled and canned in Taiwan. Dark black with beige head. Big roasty chocolate aroma. Much less sweet and more light bodied than for instance the Nigerian Foreign Extra Stout. Roasty, full mouthfeel, slightly metallic. Bitter finish with more chocolate. One of the better Guinnesses around.

Golden coloured, decently malty, no off flavours. An OK international lager.
