Bottle at La Cubanita, Utrecht. Aroma is grainy malt and cereal, bit of an adjunct element to it. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Pretty standard ’island lager’ from De Meern, Utrecht.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Grassy hop aroma with fruits, citrus peel, tropical fruits, some soapy notes and wort. Sweetish flavour with a sharp bitterness. Light and weak body. Slightly better than I expected, drinkable for the style with some annoyances, not in the range of Vandestreek's outstanding attempt.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is roasted malt with chocolate, burnt notes, dark bread, caramel. Flavour is modestly sweet with a moderate to medium roasty bitterness. Body is medium. Solid Schwarz.

Bottle from Mr. Hop. Aroma is fruity hops with oats, zesty citrus, orange, fruit peel, wheat, touch of grapefruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Juicy and bitter, smooth grain profile. Good!

Аромат пряный, солодовый, немного карамельный а также присутствие сухофруктов и в целом даже коньячный. Пена отсутствует, цвет коньячный, немного мутный. Вкус по началу слегка горьковат, сухофрукты. Легкая кислинка при глотке, далее идет сладкий солод, пряности, немного карамели. Имеется ликерные нотки. Лично мне не заходит такие пивасы.

Bottle from Mr. Hop. As De Leckere WIPA White Cascade. Aroma is fruity with lightly spicy yeast, citrus, a touch of mango, wheat. Bit candied fruit. Flavour is a bit sweetish with a mild bitterness. Medium body. Not bad.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is roasted malt with cocoa, some liquorice. Notes of dried fruits and coffee. Flavour is moderate bittersweet with a medium body. Good stuff, dark and roasty.

Bottle at Stadscafé Amersfoort. Roasty aroma with blueberries, some chocolate and a touch of liquorice. Hint of infused bourbon, but very subtle. Medium sweet with a decent bitterness. Medium to full body. Hardly a sign of the 10%. Pretty good.
