Bottled. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some tart wood, mild spices and yeast. Flavour is rather acidicly tart wood with some citrus, wheat, yeast and mild spiciness. Not sure if intended this way or if it was slightly infected.

3/6/2023. Bottle shared at SBGP3. Courtesy of Boris, cheers. Utrecht beer #10. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma of cocoa, dark chocolate, roasted malt, burnt toffee, tar, molasses, black treacle, biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Slightly creamy, average to soft carbonation. Dry nutty finish. Enjoyable.

25cl Fles van ONP5. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Moutig, wort, licht grassig, granig, zoet, aluminium. Lichte body. Meh.

Bottle at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is roasted, malt, hint of burnt, coffee, peat, sweet. Taste is the same, sweet, roast, coffee, malt, fruity, bitter, peat. complex and very nice.

Bottle 25cl. from a Marqt supermarket @home poured into a stem pilsner glass. Cloudy yellow golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma wheat, lemon, banana, light coriander, bubble gum. Taste above medium sweet, slightly bitter, wheat, lemon, banana, spicy notes. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, sweet and a bit bitter aftertaste, wheat, lemon, quite nice.

(Draught at Gollem Craft Beer, Amsterdam, 25 Aug 2022) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of black bread, smoke, peat and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with smoke, peat, coffee, black bread, juniper and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, smoky and herbal. Quite complex. Very nice.
