750ml bottle at 6.5%. Golden amber colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of solventy funk, wood, leather, barnyard. Taste is sweet, funky, mellow apple, meaty, leather, barnyard with some soft tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Nicely drinkable, although quite sweet.

Bottle at home, picked up from the farm. A very clear, peachy gold coloured pour with a fading loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, golden pear, brown sugars, apple, light funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, some unrefined sugars, hint of spicy vinegar, hint of mouldy funk, sugar, . lingering condensed pear and appel. Palate is semi sweet, light vinegar, low / no carbonation. Very drinkable for 7.5 %

500ml bottle. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of funky solventy apple. Taste is sweet, funky, leathey, fruity apple, solventy with mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Third by Bag In Box, shared with Finn on the third day of GBBF 2020 Winter. Bubbles on the surface of an unclear orange body, poor lacing. Modest fruity skins on the nose, sweet and dry. Sweet apples to the taste buds, citric notes beneath. Ends sweet. Drinkable. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

Third by gravicask, shared with Finn on the third day of GBBF 2020 Winter, Old Redstreak Bar. Misty grey-yellow body, bare naked at the top, no lacing. Moderate smell of pears, dry. Sweet pears to the taste buds followed by late arriving acidity. Fair enough. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

Bottle at home picked up from the Gwatkins farm 6%. A clear rich ruby orange coloured pour with a lively fading effervescence. Attractive for a cider. Aroma is nice farmyard, woody oak, diesel, light tang. Palate is uber dry, tangy, light woody tannin, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of dry woody apple, oak, tangy, spicy notes. tangy, . Solid cider. Very dry.

500ml bottle from Real Ale Store, Newark. Golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity pear, alittle funk. Taste is sweet, pear, fruity, syrupy with biscuity notes and funky hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. OK

750ml bottle. Amber orange-golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of solventy funk, musty fruity apple. Taste is medium-sweet orchardy apple, funky, leather, leafy, woody, with solvent notes and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

568ml (1 pint) bottle from Real Ale Store, Newark. Golden colour, no head and aroma of vinegary funky apple. Taste is sweet, juicy apple some solventy funk, with baked apple & caramel notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, syrupy sweet and drying tangy at the finish. Quite OK, abit sweet
