Bottle at home picked up from the farm. A clear peach orange coloured pour with n head. Aroma is nice tangy apple, spicy funk, farmyard notes, horse, green peppercorn. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars, light vinegar tickle, bruised apple, bark, condensed apple. Palate is semi sweet, spicy, moderate carbonation. Good complexity.

Bottle at home picked up from the farm .a Clear orange gold coloured pour with a gentle fizz that sits aroma. Aroma is woody apple, wax, mellow farmyard funk in the background. A hint of toffee on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, hint of vinegar spicy, bark , horsey funk,. Palate is semi swet, tangy, highish carbonation. Good authentic stuff.

Bottle at home in Hackney - aged a good few years. Picked this up at Kris Wines back in the day. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a few bubbles atop. Rich, fairly sweet but still with a little musty dryness, a little apple sauce, low bitterness, just a little peel, touches of funk. Medium bodied, lightly oily and chewy. Lightly warming finish, more mild stewed apples, some musty cellar, red apples, a hint of caramel. Quite tasty.

Sample from a polypin at the gwatkin farm. A almost clear golden coloured pour with no head. Aroma is nice semi sweet, juicy apple, some farmyard funk, apple puree. Flavour is composed of crisp drying apple, funky farmyard notes, pithy apple, horsey funk. Palate is semi sweet to drying finish, little tart, lowish carbonation. Good.

Bag in box Beer in Hand Hereford. A light hazed greenish yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is funk, bile, sicky, pepper, szechwan pepper. Super weird. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bruised pear, spicy, peppery, sicky. Black pepper, pear, sweet apple. Palate is a bit pithy, moderate carbonation. Weird one.
