Bottle 33 cl. Pours completely opaque black with a dense and creamy cappuchinoish head with a good retention and lacework. Subtle estery nose, you can sense the Belgian yeast and what is about to come. Rich, sweet body, lots of friendly phenols, jammy, dried dark fruit. Far from the most complex Quad, but it's nice and pleasant with a high drinkability and the booze well hidden. 121219

Black with a small beige head. Aroma of massive coffee, chocolate, cocoa, toffee and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Aroma: soapy, sweet, caramel, spicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very weird, soapy bitterness, some cinnamon, dried or even fried apples, actually pretty good!

Aroma: banana, alcohol, lots of esters, chocolate, nice roast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of banana, alcohol, bit sugary, malty. Aftertaste: lots of alcohol, whisky, sugary, ripe banana.
