[ As Bokkereyder Druiven 2014 ].Unclear medium orange - amber yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, barnyard, leather, sulfur, funky - brett. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, grapes, tart, dry, barnyard, funky - brett. Clear dark red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy cherry, almonds, tart, light funky - barnyard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, cherry, tart cheery, almonds, wood, medium dry, lovely funky and sour - tart cherries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. IMO. Lovely and quite complex, refreshing - Just wonderfull :) [20160513]

Clear warm golden colour, white head. Aroma of passion fruit, loads of passion fruit. Some nice funk, buttermilk and white wine notes of the lambic, but loads of space for the tropical fruits. Sour flavour, warm fruity passion fruit, apricot. Finish passion fruit, nectar. Lovely stuff, absolutely brilliant!!

Flaska på CBC-2016. Smak och doft av äpplen, vinäger, citrus, jäst, funk, hö, gräs, grapefrukt och ladugård. Mjuk och rund, fatkaraktär, fin syrlighet, torr, fina smaker och något pepprig. Mycket gott!

Smakprov från flaska CBC-2016. Smak och doft av jord, körsbär, körsbärskärnor, trä med toner av vanilj och blåbär. Rund och len, fin syrlighet, torr, viss strävhet, välbalanserad. Mycket gott!
