[ As Bokkereyder Solera Kriek ].Hazy medium deep red color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, pink - off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, sweet, red berries, barnyard, cherry, wood, funky. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, cherry, tart cherry, sweet cherry, funky - barnyad. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [ As Bokkereyder Vossenbes ].Unclear dark red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy barnyard, leather, funky, cherry, cranberry, almonds, sweet red berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, cherry, cranberry, almonds, funky, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160514]

Note based rating. Hope to improve on it in the future:Bottle @ Akkurat. Hazy pale golden pour with a frothy white head. Canned jalapeño and elderflower nose. Very nice lemon and elderflower taste. Weird smell but a very tasty elder lemonade taste. Except for the nose I liked this a lot. Wouldn’t mind having this widely available during the warm months of summer.

Intense peach, light beetroot, hints of fecal aroma, dirty brett and plenty of rubber. Very sour and fairly one-sided lemon, peach and raspberry taste. Sourdough crackers, hints of caramel, un-popped popcorn, dirty brett and hints of rubber. Sour without getting harsh. Green herbs, thistles and moist soil. Dry with some wooden astringent tannins. Bit weird but nice.

Note based rating. Hope to improve on it in the future:Bottle @ Akkurat. Hazy golden pour with a small offwhite head. Subtle and slightly weird nose with grapes, celery salt and funk. Balanced sour, tiny salty and tiny bitter. Light wood. Bouyant and very refreshing. Nose definitely improves with decantation leaving a deliciously complex sour and funky saison.

Heavy acidity with plenty of fruit. Vanilla wood hints. Light cobweb and dusty attic funk. Light saison spicyness. Quite nice!
