Sampled from bottle at ’De Prael Proeflokaal’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Slightly hazy, deep red. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky aroma of red grapes, cherries, almond and some raspberries. Rather sour, very fruity and slightly funky taste of cherries, red grapes, almond and some raspberries, followed by a medium long, rather tart finish. Medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely!

Sampled from bottle at ’De Prael Proeflokaal’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Almost clear, golden amber with a white head. Sourish-fruity, quite funky aroma of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry and oak. Very sour, a bit fruity and moderately funky taste of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry, barnyard and oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart and dry finish. Medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Really good!

Sampled from bottle at ’De Prael Proeflokaal’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Clear, golden yellow. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky and a bit floral aroma of lemon, hints of peach and some straw. Slightly sourish, fruity and slightly funky taste of lemon, gooseberry, some peach and hints of straw, followed by a medium long, quite tart and dry finish. Medium body, quite astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really nice!

Bottle @ De Prael, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Hazy orange pinkisk color. Aroma’s: sour, wood, fruit (not necessarily grapes or vinous). Flavor is full on sour. Light bodied. Good carbonation. Finishes dry.

Bottle. Deep hazy red color, flat. Sour cherry aroma. Taste is lightly tart cherry and lemon. Nice.
