750ml bottle pours out golden red color topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice stone fruit in the front then funky barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice stone fruit kick plenty funky barrel notes. Very good
Lambic heaven. Raf delivers as always. Taste raspberry dominated. Nose getting better and better warming up. Wineyard peaches are there and present. Sour!

0,75l bottle shared at Ammutson. Yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, tobacco, wood, hay, peppery, minerals. Lovely lovely complex smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes tobacco, funky, cheesy, wood, stone fruits, tannins, vinous, minerals. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of tobacco, vinous and leathery notes. Very intense taste, almost a tad too heavy, but very good stuff

Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival. Almost clear deep orange with quickly diminishing white head. Funky, musty, grapes, oak, white wine. Intensive sourness. Juicy.

Tastes peaches, vinous, marzipan, nutty, stone fruits, spices. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, peaches and spices. very nice one, lovely balance

Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of vinous, peppery and light dill notes. not totally my thing, but overall pretty good one

Tastes wood, cheesy, juniper, earthy, herbal. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of earth, cheesy and herbal notes. super nice one, super balanced.

Finishes very lightly sour with notes of raspberries, forest strawberries and bit citric. just lovely, amazing balance on the taste, smell is nice but rather subtle, super jammy raspberry notes.
