Flaska från share. 2016. Något disig rosaröd med vit krona. Mycket druvigt med druvkärnor och -skal, röda vindruvor, lite vinbärsblad. Även en gnutta rabarberton. Mycket gott.

2019 vintage, 750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark red with a small pink head. Aroma is expressive of both the peaches and grapes, with lots of vinous notes, musty grape skins, juicy peaches and of course a healthy dose of funk. Flavour is robust, with intense peaches, loads of vinous notes, oak, barnyard funk, and leather. Lovely vinous finish that melds with the funk and juicy peaches. Excellent.

2019 vintage, 750mL bottle at Be Hoppy, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out intense barnyard funk, lots of white wine, white grape skins, and leather. Flavour is wonderfully tangy and funky, with white wine grape skins, barnyard funk, vinous notes, oak, and light leather. So much white wine and barnyard character. Just beautiful.

2017 vintage, 750mL bottle at Be Hoppy, pours a deep dark amber / mahogany with a small pink head. Aroma brings out musty dry red grapes, red wine barrels, moderate funk, and gentle acidity. Flavour is wonderfully dry and vinous, with lots of dry red grape skins, red wine barrels, oak, and light barnyard funk. Not the funkiest lambic out there, but the red wine grapes are brilliant. Lovely stuff.

Slightly sour, fruity, a bit sweet. Soft, red ripe fresh peaches, a touch of raspberry, some funk and wood, smooth, rich. Fantastic.

Bottle, shared by Chris at the lambic tasting. Huge props for bringing this whale to pop my Bokke cherry. Then reality sets in...Bottle. Pours lightly hazy hot pink, small pinkish white head, decent lacing. Aroma is heavy raspberry, yogurt, seeds and stems. Flavor is very tart, medium funk. Light body, strong acidity. Stripping. Distracting. 5,8,6,4,13

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Bit hazy golden. Indeed a lot of saison yeast, sweet malts, grape skins, sweet spicy white grapes, a touch of oak. Medium sweet and solid bitter. Over medium body. Noice.

Bouteille 75cl, split with the fine folks at El Birrot, thanks Isaac and Sergi. Anno 2019, bottled on 02/2020.

Bottle, 750 ml, 2019 vintage, shared with Zec, Max, JFK10000 and Miro B at Miro's Grande 2022. Cloudy orange with small white head. Funky, citric, plums, fruity, some peaches, juicy, some barrel. Moderate sourness. Nice, tad thin.
