Pours lightly hazed yellowxgoldxwith a thin fast fading white cap. Lots of blueberry, some berry fruit, grain, yeast and a bitter dry finish. Decent drinkable AF offering.

1/3 cask pint @ Cloudwater taproom, London.

1/3 pint @ Cloudwater taproom, London. Au milieu sur la photo.
Pâle, léger dorée, col épais crémeux blanc;

1/3 pint @ Cloudwater taproom, London.

440 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with moderate foamy tan head. Aromas of dry creamy chocolate and roasted malts. Flavors of oats, creamy chocolate, sight fruit and roasted malts. Really smooth. Nice, full and flavorful for the ABV.

Appearance is golden, a 2-3 finger thick white head. Aroma- crisp malt, hop hints, cereal, bready malt. Taste is crisp fresh hops, malty notes, toasty bread, wheat and malt. Almost lemon-like hints on the end. Clean and refreshing.

Can at home, picked up from 73 Enid Street, 06/11/2025.
Murky orange topped with a creamy white cap that thins in time.
Nose is orange creme, sugars, vanilla, soft malts.
Taste comprises vanilla pods, orange peel, mandarin, creamy malts, papaya, lactic pinch.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow juice laden hop bitterness.
It's okay but the milk shake elements reduce the drinkability for me making it overly sweet and a little flabby.

Can. A moderate have on this orange gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. A light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a thin and slightly unsatisfactory creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine and a fair hop spice nip. Light green hop savoury skunk, very light. Light bright citrus hop fruits, also a tad thin and watery. Crisp and mildly hop spicy finish. Look, if this was on tap at a pub for a social do, I would be happy to drink several pints for the absence of anything better. As a craft beer canned premium product, this is a let down. Cloudwater at their best are world class, they are also more than capable of producing a beer like this, whilst decent, is more something I would associate with a fairly new brewer.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a decent light creamy sweetness. Riwaka brings crisp cooling pine, a fair hop spice leathering and a little savoury hop. Then we get into hop fruits, slightly salty lychee, a little finger lime and a mild honeyish tropical fruits vibe. Usual enigmatic Riwaka! Light finish leaves a hop spicy linger. Nice!
