Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy pale malts bring a light sweetness. Hops are pithy orange and grapefruit with good hop spice and pine. Some floral bitterness and then more pine and hop spice before a light semi dry finish. Spicy fruity linger. Nice.

Very hazy orange - gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has a reasonable fine carbonation. A mild milky - creamy sweetness in the light malts. Nice orange - lemon citrus, mildly tart but never sour. Touch of tangerine and then a tangy light finish. Nicely light and fruity - refreshing.

Light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Thin malts. Mildly tart lemon - orange. The mid has floral tea and a mellow smoke. Some lemon tea on the back end, kinda Liptons. Light semi dry finish. Interesting to try and I enjoyed it, but I can’t imagine drinking another.

Cask at the Euston tap. 10.1% Opaque black coloured pour with a lasting smooth light tan head. Aroma is odd cola, sweet, sweet jammy fruits, hint of choc. Bit weird. Palate is full and creamy smooth, low carbonation, little viscous, medium sweet. Flavour is composed of medium sweet brown sugars, cola cubes, little jammy fruit, mint choc chip, cough syrup. A very unusual beer.

Half-pint, cask ale shared with Finn at Piccadilly Tap. Patchy layer blanketing the glass. Next to clear, red-brown body colour. Brown malts and leaves on the nose. Mixed taste of leafy hops, grain and caramel. Coffee roastiness to the ending. Medium bodied. Well done (Manchester 15.02.2016).

330ml bottle from Eebria.com Gyle No. 123a. Pours black-brown with a beige foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of zesty citrus, pine, roasted & chocolate notes. Roasted malt flavour, with coffee & chocolate, some fruity orange citrus and grapefruit & pine hoppy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy roasted bitter finish. Very drinkable BIPA.

Growler fill. Little Leeds Beer House. Cloudy gold. Thin, sticky, lasting, white head. Looks good. Nose is fresh, peachy, mandarin hop. Vanilla malts. Taste is initially sweet. Some pithy bitterness. Mouthfeel is full, and smooth. Decent hop oiliness. Finishes slightly sweet, and chewy. For me, it’s not punchy enough to balance out that sweetness.
