Tap at Valhalla. Thx Gurthnar! Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Resinous aroma, sweetish, bit minerally. Lean dry resinous taste, bit of stone fruit, vague, minerally, but neither fresh nor interesting now...

Can, best before March 16, 2028, drunk November 23, 2025, as pictured.
Smells the part, with rich chocolate, light fudge, mild roast and mild dark fruitiness. No alcohol, excess sugar, overabundance of roast.
Nice and malty with a good chewiness to it, but ample attenuation. Caramel, chocolate, mild roast and hints of vanilla. This is nicely-conditioned and exhibits no punchy sugar (or little of it), despite its youth. Always been a fan of Haand Bryggeriet. Nice to see they are still making great beer.

As "Julepils (5,5%)". Dark ruby colour, small beige head.Toasted caramalty aroma. Light-bodied. Malty backbone, caramalty, lowish bitterness. Clean palate. Nothing to do with a Pils. It's a normal "Dark Scandinavian Xmas Lager".
