440 ml can, probably from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 6.2%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Pleasant aroma of various citrus fruits, also hints of yellow stonefruits. Flavour of citrus and resin, with a distinctly bitter finish.

Waxed bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a tiny, tiny rough brown head. Fatty curtains in the glass. Intense aroma of sweet roast, vanilla, molasses and Bourbon with subtle wood. Super rich body, almost flat. More of the above paired with some sweet licorice. Roaring alcohol burn. Wauw, super delish. 170326

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a small, rough, off-white head. Intense aroma of sweet, noble rot paired with acetobacter and Brettanomyces. Medium body, completely flat with more of the above and a distinct acetic acidity. The hibiscus and seabuckthorn died in the acidity flavor wise. This is basically a Lambic, and not a bad one. 170326

Fra fat på Apollon: rødlig mørk kastanjefarge med fint skum som varer. Mørke karamellsjokolader, mørke bær og hint av ristede hasselnøtter og nystekt brød. Mild bitterhet i avslutningen. En skikkelig koseøl.

330ml can, thanks to Finn. Shared with him and Leif. Clear copper-reddish body, declining off-white head, fair lacing. Dried and dark fruits on the nose. Fine mixed malt-fruity taste with hints of caramel, prunes, and oak. Lingering, mid-sweet finish warming down the swallow. Fine depth to it. Pleasing (Tromsø, 10.03.2026).
