This APA poured a cloudy deep yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include cheese, ripe passion fruit and candy. First swig was tangy, with flavours of fruit juice and hops. Finish is mildly bitter with those candy/fruity flavours lingering. Not the nicest smelling beer we’ve ever had...

This pale ale poured a hazy med yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, dough and light perm solution. First swig was slightly sweet with flavours of corn, earth and hops. Finish is hop bitter with light corn flavours lingering.

This Saison poured a hazy golden colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, bananas, perm solution and malt. First swig was sweet, smooth and creamy with flavors of overripe fruit, clove and honey. Finish is sweet spice lingering.

This raunchbier poured a deep black colour with a brown, creamy head. Really nice lacing. Scents include dark roast coffee, dark cocoa, smoke and a light yeast. First swig was very creamy. Flavours of coffee, cocoa and ash. Finish is really creamy with delicious burnt flavours lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a brown, creamy head. Medium lacing. Scents include smoke, coffee, black currant and molasses. First swig was a bold dose of flavour. Tastes of whiskey, smoke and sweet ash. Finish is roasty as hell with burnt wood and molasses flavours lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a light brown, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include cocoa, smoke, light cherries and a little coffee. First swig was not as bold as expected. Flavours of chocolate, cherries and a little coffee. Finish is burnt with a little cherry flavour lingering.

Can that pours a hazy amber-brown colour with a caramel highlight. The frothy beige head stays long and creates creamy-wavy lacing. Hoppy nose over the caramel malts and fruity notes. The taste is quite hoppy with bitterness, dryness and again, the caramel malts base and apples. This is quite a nice hoppier, higher-alcohol amber beer.

Tap at the brewery. Amber colored with a fruity stone fruit hop bouquet. Medium bodied balanced with fresh citrus and enough malt sweetness to make it solidly drinkable. Not complex but well made. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at the brewery. Ruby brown with a nutty sweet aroma. Medium bodied with a nutty flavor and somewhat bitter but balanced character. Very nutty but not overly sweet as this style often is. Top knotch, best of the flight. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
