Hazy golden golden color with creamy head. A nice Pale Ale, with lean body, toffeish flavor, nice resiny hopping, strong bitterness and some fruity touch.

Bottle from CoOp Bellingham
Cloudy dark amber color with small creamy head. Aroma of caramel, a bit cheesy. Sweetish and smooth mouthfeel, strong caramel flavor with a nutty accent, light Parmigiano Reggiano impression, some roasted nuts in the final. Strong bitterness.
Old tasting (it’s about 1 years old), and not impressive anyway.

Crisp copper coloured body with a one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of pale malt, a bit of floral hops, some citrus and a hint of alcohol. Light-bodied; Sharp metallic malty note with a twang of citrus and pine, a little earthy flavour and a lot of bitterness at the end. Aftertaste shows not much hops at all, some malt, a little fruit flavours and mostly bitter metal flavours. Overall, not such a great IPA, and not good for a west coast IPA. Decent to try at least given that I’m not from around there, but not worth the space in my suitcase. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Bottleworks in Seattle, Washington on 11-January-2013 for US$4.19 sampled at home in the real Washington on 07-February-2013 a day before leaving back for Seattle.
