Draught at the "Taste of Edinburgh" festival. Treacly brown colour with a cream head; smooth and malty in the "heavy" style; sweet and nutty with a touch of bitterness; easy to drink and satisfying.

Cask @ Bow Bar. Dark golden colour, off-white head. Aroma of fruity hops, malts. Flavour of biscuit malts. Fruity and hoppy.

Cask (handpump) @ Halfway House, 24 Fleshmarket Close, Edinburgh, Scotland EH1 1BX.Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, and some prune notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090408]

Cask at another forgotten pub in Edinburgh, 20-03-09 on Craig’s crawl of Edinburgh’s finest establishments. Pours gold with a white head. Not much in the way of notes for this one all I put down is great citrussyness its a good golden beer, and it was A6 A5 F6 P3 OV13 3.3

Cask in Kays Bar, Edinburgh, 20-03-09 on the Craig Crawl Pours conker brown with a creamy beige head. Some slightly tropical fruity notes, its fruity flavoured along with some toffee and malt. Soft in the mouth and a little creamy, its quite a good beer A6 A4 F6 P3 OV11 3.0

Cask at the Foot of the Walk JDW, Leith, Edinburgh, 20-03-09 on the Craig Crawl Pours copper in colour with an off white head, its a good looker. Once again another beer in a JDW where the aroma is sadly lacking. Taste is nicely tangy some sweet appleskin, touch sweet, a nice beer A5 A3 F7 P3 OV13

Cask at Halfway House Edinburgh on Launch day ... Nice solid hazy yellow orange...thin white head ... very soft mouthfeel ... servered a little bit too cold for me ... nice lemon and banana ... very juicy ... very refreshing... This slipped down just oh so well... realy quafable 4.0.. TK2 ok this is just so drinkable its a delight to swallie ... lovely soft fruity sweetness ... sweet lemons ... This is gonna rock in the summer... not that its not great now. ->4.3

Golden colored. A small creamy head. Strong fruity aroma. A bit watery but some malt observed. Some dry bitterness.

Cask at Halfway House, Edinburgh 12 Nov 08. Dark brown colored – almost black. A small tanned creamy head. Modest malty aroma. Sweet fruity flavor with some malty hints. Hardly any bitterness. A bit disappointing.
