27&28/01/2018 @home - 75cl bottle from L'Ermitage. Dark brown with small tanned head. Nose is roasted malt, some caramel, bit vanilla. Taste is roasted malts, some chocolate, hint of vanilla, some red wine, salted caramel touch, no wood. Barrel aging gave the beer some extra touches but no barrel at all. Very enjoyable beer however.

Bottle from Malt Attacks, 28th January 18. Pours a hazy orange straw colour, big head. Aroma is yeast and citrus. Taste is grainy, pith, bitter grapefruit, full flavoured and refreshing. Really good or the extreme low ABV of 4.5%.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Original. A hazy orange golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of intense floral hops, flowers, citrus fruits. Taste of floral hops, flowers, sweet fruits, peach. Nice.

On tap @ Moeder. Smooth malty beginning. Deep and malty, round and dry. Chocolate, malt, caramel. Round and dry, quite sessionable. Smooth with not much bitterness in the end.

On tap @ Moeder. Fresh smooth fantastic mild beginning. Intense floral, the green tea is mild, the beer smooth with subtle floral hints. Fantastic balanced, round and deep with grainy hints and lots of fresh floral green tea in the end. Fantastic!

Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/08/2019. Brune foncée, col fin café au lait. Arôme est bien malté, grillé sur de belles effluves de café, et un léger chocolaté en rétro. Le houblonné reste discret et balance les notes de malts - le tout sur un léger côté citronné. Palais est malté, grillé, chocolaté, le tout sur un léger fini de café, niveau houblon, je note un côté citronné noble versant plus sur un style UK.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/11/2018. Ambrée, léger trouble, col épais crémeux beige. Arôme est fruité, agrumes, thé vert avec petit rétro de fruits blancs, tropical. Palais est malté, caramel, pâle, voire ambre, qcq éléments agrumes - pamplemousse, fini fleuri avec un accompagnement plus tropcial de mosaic.

33cl bottle. Almost clear pale golden beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild hoppy yellow fruits, wheat, yeast. Taste of intense hoppy dry yellow fruits, grassy hops, wheat, long bitter finish, nice!

On tap at Moeder Lambic, Brussels on 19th January 2018. Cloudy yellow amber with whitish foam and full lacing. Yeasty, citrus aroma. Bitter citrus in-mouth and through the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a full body.
