Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy irregular beige head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, good roast, lots of caramel, lots of chocolate, sweet impression, a bit malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good roast, bitter, a bit malty, grains, dry, some caramel. Aftertaste: coffee notes, pretty good roast, a bit malty, hoppy, soft acidity, bitter, nice, good beer!

Clear brown pour with a tint of red. White/tan head. Aroma is (sour) cherries, coffee, cocoa, milk/cream, a hint of citrus. Taste is quite similar, slightly acidic. Different, but in a good way.

(Draft at Le Barboteur, Brussels, 17 Sep 2025) Cloudy golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pineapple, mango and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with pineapple, mango, grapefruit, white bread and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

(Draft at Le Barboteur, Brussels, 17 Sep 2025) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, lemon peel and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, lemon peel, grapefruit, hay, white bread and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, dry. Hoppy and refreshing. Very nice.

Gelig, troebel, hoegenaamd geen schuim. Geur is zuur, hout, zacht. Retronasaal is het ook wat zoetig. Smaak is zurig tot zuur met een vleugje zoet. Rabarber is ook wel vaag herkenbaar. Lichte body.

Bottle shared at the 2025 Pre-Christmas/NY Zaandam Borrel. Poured a Hazy orange colour with little life. The aroma is of course big rhubarb. The flavour is moderate sour, with a smooth, tart raspberry, yeasty, light herbal palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Fresh, tasty and nicely balanced. Very moreish.
