07/12/2018 - draught sample shared with rubin77 @Ermitage Taproom. Hazy light eyllow, creamy white head. Nos is wheat, fruits, melon, candy. Taste is wheat, some citrus, yeast, fruit and fruit candy, some yeast, bitter touch. Interesting and nice beer.

07/12/2018 - draught sample shared with rubin77 @Ermitage taproom. Copper colour, small tanned lacing. Grains, caramel, bit bready, bit fruits, sometimes hint of smoke. Taste is malts, bit sweet, nice smoke, bit fleshy smoke, bit bitterness. OK.

Keg at ermitage. A mostly clear amber orange coloured pour with a sticky beige head. Aroma is sweet breads, brown sugars, unrefined sugars.. Hint of smoke. Flavour is composed of layered brown malts, burnt sugars, toffee, light smoke,. Autumnal leaves. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation,. Ok. Little woody spice in the finish.

T: malty and wheat base yet orange candy, herbal, bit oily mouthfeel, mellow fruity, grapefruits, tropical fruits, again hard to described fruity sweet taste yet works very good, medium body and carbonation, very nice not typical yet great beer, tasting sample shared with Bierridder_S @ Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage Taproom in Brussels.

F: big, bit tan, good retention. C: dark coppery, hazy. A: malty, caramel, bready, red fruits, citrus, almost no smoky tones here. T: malty, bready, caramel, grassy, dry on the palate, nice touch of smoke taste, bit earthy, medium to full body, medium carbonation, nice balanced enjoyed, tasting sample shared with Bierridder_S @ Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage Taproom in Brussels.

Keg at L'ermitage Brewery tap, 08/12/18. Deep amber with a light reddish glint and topped with a beige cap. Nose is mellow smoke, dusty fruits, brown bread, toffee. Taste comprises smoked malts, fruit cake, light spice, brown bread, stewed fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough smoked affair.

Draft at Ermitage, Brussels. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of citrus, light fruits and malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation.
