Many thanks to ThistyBird for this can! Pale, nearly clear colour, floral appley nose. The cider starts sweetish-intense. Lots of apples, lots of sweetness and alcohol. Sweetish-appley but a bit sweetish with not much depth. Sessionable, but therefor a bit too alcoholic.

Bottle purchased at Citizen. Clear yellow color, no head. Aroma is pears, apples and mild funk. Subtle funk.

Flavor is apple juice, pears and a very mild shoe leather. The finish has some subtle funky notes. The funk gives this a slightly different take on a cider. Interesting

This was poured into a wine glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with no head nor lacing (hey, its cider, go figure, not worried, I get it).
The smell, well, it smells like apple cake.
The taste was more cider-like, apple and boozy sweet. Light sour aspects end up coming through.
On the palate, this one sat about light bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation definitely hits like a cider, somewhat bold and some semi-sour harsh qualities hitting my tongue in all of the right spots.
Overall, its a good cider. I believe Citizen Cider did what they wanted to with this one. I might be able to come back to this.

750 ml bottle from Citizen. Clear yellow with a very slow carbonation level. Aroma is subtle Apple skins, pale malt and mineral water hints.

Flavor is clean with a dry texture. Apple is natural with no sugar. It’s sweet without having any real sugar noticeable. Clean with a very nice crispness. Body is light with a mild carbonation level that gives smooth mouthfeel.

750ML, hazy, yellow. Smells great. really dry, awesome clean apple presence. nothing out of place. Very crisp, dry, great mouthfeel. The apple presence is excellent. It is thin and maybe even watery but it’s very very good.

22 oz. bottle. Crystal clear yellow, aroma is just the slightest amount of earthy pine with natural Appel. Pretty nice.

The flavor is lightly piney. No sugar which is a very great character of this cidery. The texture is crisp with a nice mild hop level. Pretty decent stuff.
