Pinkish red. Good carbonation. Fades fast. Looks like a very faint blueberry color. Aroma is NAIL POISH and currants. Having a GF means rating beer is challenging sometimes. Very dry, juicy and an almost candy apple taste. Easily one of the least authentic ciders in the citizen lineup. - BTW, Have had this a few times and then realized I never rated it so grabbed a bottle at the local store on Friday and cracked it open. Pretty darn good.

Undated bottle drunk 2/20/16.
Clear straw-hay with a bit of bubbles on the edge.
Vegetal, beetroot notes with lots of apple flesh and light brett notes. Some straw and light alcohol.
Light, thin very papery and over attenuated. That being said its very drinkable and dry but with a very light sweetness. Light carbonation but nice. I think these are growing on me?

Poured from bottle thanks AdamChandler nice light golden color with no head. Aromas of earth honey and apple. Taste is nice and tart with notes honey and faint lemon.

Draft at Blackback - Waterbury. Pours clear yellow-gold. A bit sweet, a little syrupy. Minimal nelson character here - the sweetness pretty much overwhelms. Medium bodied with subtle carbonation. Finishes sticky sweet with faint citrusy tang, ripe and sugary apples. So so.

Clear golden orange pour. No head. Aroma is a little sweet with cherry lemonade and pepper. Sweet taste. Tons of Apple with this sweet honey finis. Fig and apricot flavors as well. Insanely refreshing carbonation. This rocks.

750ML Bottle acquired @ Citizen a few weeks ago I think. Golden yellow, nice bubbles on the pour that fade fast. Very sweet aroma with a little earthiness, honey, lemon and banana. Very tart taste, has a distinct crab apple raw-ness, not refined at all just earthy, a little bit of butter and a lot of earthy mulch like qualities. nice sweetness that fades to a long lemon tart finish.

Clear with a little bit of yellow appearance. The nose is just Apple juice. Not much to say. Very light, a little sulphur taste. Very dry and absolutely zero sweetness. Thin and a fleeting finish

It’s a pinkish hue to this very faint aroma. Has a light cranberry smell. There’s a little bit of Apple but cranberry pretty much dominates the taste. Tart, earthy with a dry finish
