Tap at CC. It pours clear pale green - gold with minimal head. The nose is soft, juicy, sweet apple pie, tart tatatin, oily and honey. The taste is slick, sweet - sour vibe, oily, apple, alcohol boost, some acidity, lemon rind, stewed pears and elderflower with a dry, warming finish. Medium + body, prickly carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Interesting and quaffable ice cider "light". Perhaps a bit alcoholic, but decent anyhow.

Tap at CC. It pours clear pale with a small fizzy white head. The nose is soft, juicy, white grape, sweet apple, pear, grapefruit and lemon sherbet. The taste is crisp, clean, tart, juicy, white grape, sherbet dib dab, zesty lemon, crisp apple and light earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well - rounded and rather drinkable.

The taste is crisp, clean, pretty tart, apple, pear skin, rhubarb, sherbet and lemonade. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp and juicy. Well- rounded and rather drinkable.

Tap at CC. It pours clear very pale gold with a small white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, lemon sherbet, grapefruit tart apple, apple pie, white grape and candied peel. The taste is crisp, tart, dry, apple, pear skin, white grape, white wine, light sweetness and some sherbet with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, clean and rather refreshing. Nice one.

Keg at CC. It pours clear very pale gold with no head. The nose is fiery ginger, sweet ripe apple, appletizer and lemon peel. The taste is crisp, earthy, spicy ginger, sweet apple, quite warming, some alcohol boost, apple pie and lemon with a spicy finish. Medium body and moderate, yet fine carbonation. decent balance. Not bad.

Draft at Citizen. Orange type color with good Co2. Aroma is just as subtle as the flavor. Very mild tones of elderberry, light yeast and very mellow Apple juice.

Draft @ Citizen. Crystal clear slow steady head. Aroma shows the hops pretty nicely; citrus hints with a very mild herbal touch. The cider itself isn’t influenced by the hops much but the citrus manages to come through pretty well. Smells a bit better then it tastes but overall still really enjoyable.

Draft @ Citizen. Slow steady carbonation in a clear gold.aroma is sweet apples with a mild sugar note. The flavor is indeed bittersweet with a nice bittering balance. Fairly dry texture with a slight cottonmouth note. Tasty

750 ml bottle thanks to AdamChandler. Clear yellow, no head. Aroma is fresh. Crisp pears, mild (very faint funk). Juicy pressed pears.
The flavor is clean, pressed pears, apples and no sugar at all! Wow, this is pretty impressive! Champagne like carbonation level. Really fresh feeling, with just a touch of funk. Awesome
