On tap at Hinesburg public house.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a glossy yellow color with light carbonation rising.
The smell started off with fresh botanicals leading into the apples, and coming across like fresh green apples.
The taste takes the fresh green apples and combines with the botanicals to impart a sweet yet fresh grassiness smoothing into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a clean yet oily sessionable aspect to it. Carbonation felt right for a cider.
Overall, I’m not always a cider drinker, but when I do....fill in the rest.

Ginger completely overtakes everything else on the nose. The apple and lemon bake it out a bit in the flavor, but it is still mostly all ginger. Finishes a little dry. Not my favorite.

Clear golden color without much head or lace. Hops come through nicely on the nose. Almost a redfin apple combo I quite enjoyed. Flavor is balanced with a clean, bitter finish. Nice mouthfeel as well. Probably my favorite of the day.

Bright pink color with a thin ring of white head. Blueberry flavor isn't overwhelming but it is pretty nice. One of the sweeter ones of the day. Finishes with a rather lively carbonation.

Clear pour, like water with a lemon. There's quite a bit going on here besides apple. Some interesting fruit flavors and even a hint of funk. Tingly on the close. Unique for sure.

Pink color with no head. You get a nice tartness from the cranberry to balance out the fairly sweet apple flavor. The mix works.

Mid-sweet and a little dry as well. You do get floral notes along with the apple flavor. Nice, solid combination. Clean and easy drinking.

Clear lightly yellow color. Crisp and fairly tart to go along with the strong apple flavor.

Clear with minimal color, light yellow notes. Fairly dry, and the Belgian yeast adds that noticeable flavor as well. I liked how this worked. Finishes clean and a little tingly.

Can at Hen of the Wood. 7.3.15. clear almost white color with minimal head and no lace.  Good apple aroma.  Tastes fairly sweet, with a light dryness.  Fairly clean as well, with a nice feel and soft carbonation.
