750 ml bottle. Crystal clear with no carbonation. Yes, it doesn’t have any carbonation. Aroma is Appel skins and mineral water.
Texture and body is very thin and watery. The flat carbonation doesn’t help the mouthfeel or flavor. The flavor is very lean, thin. Just not a whole lot here to report.

750ML, split 3 ways, 40F.Very pale yellow pour. no head. Smells like pear juice and apple with a little sulphur water. Thin, flat, almost flavorless with apple juice taste and an old moldy taste. very weird. not a fan.

Golden orange, 750ML bottle. No head. Smells like candy apple, granny smith, some lemon juice. Very fruity. Dry, fruity, a ton of apple. It’s incredibly sweet given how dry it is. I get plums, lemon, grapefruit and green apples.

750 ml bottle purchased at Citizen Cider. Flute glass shows a very nice clear, carbonated yellow with thin lasting head. Aroma is very mild funk with natural apples and pears.
The flavor doesn’t display any added sugar which is impressive. The funk element is very light and this comes off mostly as natural Apple. The body is light and crisp. Texture is almost like drinking a apple skin. These people sure know how to make some great cider.

Tap at the source. It pours clear pale green - gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, sticky apple, syrupy, apple skin and white sugar. The taste is sweet, tangy apple, sticky fruits, some alcohol, earth, apple pie, white sugar with a dry, sweet apple finish. Medium body, prickly carbonation and sticky mouth - feel. A bit sweeter and stickier than there other stuff. Not sure on this one.

Tap at CC. It pours cloudy gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, spicy Belgian yeast, wheat, apple skin and bread. The taste is dry, lightly bitter, earthy, bread, spice, some astringency, barnyard and a touch of apple skin with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. An unusual mash-up for sure. OK.

Tap at CC. It pours clear pale gold with a small, fizzy white head. The nose is soft, fresh apple, lightly caramelised sugars, pear juice, earth and apple skin. The taste is crisp, dry, quite earthy, wood, sweet apple juice, oily, minerals, white sugar, alcohol hit with a short, dry finish. Light - medium body, prickly carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Not much depth to it, but ok.

Tap at CC. It pours pretty much clear !?. The nose is soft, fragrant, earthy apple skin , candied apple and earth. The taste is crisp, clean, quite light, earthy, soft apple, straw, white grape, alcohol and white sugar with a dry, lightly astringent finish. Light ) medium body and fine carbonation. Not a whole lot going on, but drinkable enough nonetheless.
