Keg at Citizen Cider, Burlington. Clear very pale yellow. Citric Granny Smith aroma. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Mildly citric with tart green apples and some apple skin bitterness.

Bottle at home cracked during halftime of Pats Ravens so I flipped over to see Bruins beat Canadians making this cider taste even sweeter. Clear yellow green tinged cider. Nose is apple skin and white wine. Tastes of little green apple, little flesh of red, white wine, touch of earth and grass. Slightly sweet and decent carbonation. Not bad.

Tall can thanks to Heather. pours a gorgeous lightly carbonated lemon color with a single finger head. Smells good. a raw zesty aroma that’s aromatic with juicy oranges. Flavor is similar. Nice dry hopped orange peel flavor with a finish of really fresh ripe apple. a little sugary sweet finish. Another ace by Citizen.
