On tap at Citizen, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out very subtle bourbon, with light apple acidity and gentle sweetness. Flavour is more pronounced on the bourbon, bringing out a subtle, but high quality barrel character. Bone dry and with gentle acidity. Really nice if you take the time to get into it.

On tap at Citizen, pours a clear near-water colour, no head. Aroma is loaded with an oily lavender character, with no real notice of the apples. Flavour is more cider-like, with lots of lavender upfront and a dry crisp apple skin finish. Decent incorporation of the lavender. Simple but solid.
