Reddish brown, 1 finger head. Cherry Pie and mulch on the nose with a light tartness, citrus and minor saltiness. The taste is actually similar to the gose here but the finish is much tarter and longer lasting and you get a defined kiwi/cherry finish.

Light brown a big bubbly 1 finger head that faded fast. Lots of dark fruits in this one, some caramel and grassy notes as well. Licorice taste, some red vines and other darker candies. I do like the leathery almsot doughy taste but the finish stops pretty short and doesn’t leave much lingering.

Fire-like red ale crimson hues, head that fades fast. light nose, maybe some tree fruit of some kind. hard to pinpoint. Great explosive mouthfeel. almost creamy. Taste is also really good. You have a lot of coriander, honey, pecans, a little bit of apple cider and honeycomb.

Small haze dark orange 3 finger light bubbly head. caramel, maple ice cream and ham on the nose. just a faint salt brine. Taste is actually siilar to the nose. I get sea-salt, tumeric, other cooking spices and a brine. a bit too close to baked ham. I’ve had more ham-like smoked german beers but this is difficult for me mostly as I’m just not a fan of the style.

Looks like nectarine juice with a small white head. Nose is like fresh clementine with fresh squeezed OJ and a very light Saaz or Hallertau nose. It’s akin to Ommegang BPA but with a lot more juice, way more yeast profile and just juicy as all giddup. This would be very intersting with a Brett Claausennii refermentation. IBUs are well balanced with malts. Refreshing beer.

2 finger creamy head, a dark orange appearance. Not a lot of aroma. Taste is a very faint light bitterness. the mouthfeel is solid. I get some BBQ from this or it does make me want to bite into a brisket. maple and herbal finish.

This is a maroon /crimson red 2 finger creamy off-white head. Taste on this is rather similar to cream corn. a very mild caramelized table sugar, burnt malts (in a good way). Very light earthy bitterness. simple and effective.

Very cloudy bright orange 2 finger white head, sticky lacing. The nose is hart to pinpoint. Obviously a wheat aroma, slight bananan. The banana really comes out in the taste, hearty wheat body, lovely tropical fruit Esther. Incredibly clean, minor kiwi and nutty finish.

A very light cloudy dark orange 2 finger white head. Nose is very yeasty, good herbal spice very clean aroma with a mild peppercorn. Taste is very similar. You have a great hearty peppercorn, honey, wheat and grassy taste. almonds at the finish. resilient bitterness with the yeast really shining.

A very dark brown appearance. 1 finger creamy off-white head. Nose is a light bitter chocolate nougat like a dessert. Taste is very similar. Creamy, chocolate, some smoked malts, chocolate cookie dough minus the sweetness.
