Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal caramello. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma, minimal e bianco, resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido appare nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella norma. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano note di caramello, miele, biscotto, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, agrumi, mandarino e spezie.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato arrivano impressioni di caramello, miele, cracker, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie e arancia.

Bottled@HBF2018. Orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy some slight toasted malts with a caramelly touch to it. Flavour is grassy, floral, herbal and some slight herbal and wooden notes. Balanced and tasty, but a bit too easygoing.

Bottled@HBF2018. Deep amber colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is smoked wood, some slight diacetylic tones, mild wood and also a bit herbal and grassy notes. Flavour is smoked wood, some wood, herbs, grass and mild spiciness to it. The diacetylic notes are lurking here too, but actually suits the beer. Intentional?

Bottled@HBF2018. Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is oatmeal, some sweetness, mild chocolate and toffee. Flavour is roasted malts, some oatmeal, sweetness, chocolate, toffee and some slight ripe fruits to it. Somewhat dry palate.

Bottled@HBF2018. Reddish orange colour with a small reddish head. Aroma is plum, black currant, some red berries and mild wooden and slight earthy notes. Flavour is black currant, some plum along with some slight tart notes and also a bit sweet as for the malts. Nice somewhat tart brew.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is white wine, mild acidic notes with some floral notes. Flavour has wood, some alcohol, mild yeasty (spicy) tones with some tartness and mild earth.

Bottled@HBF2018. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy and mildly herbal with a slight bit of yeastiness to it. Flavour is sweet malts, some grassy and herbal bitterness along with some mild toffee. Long bitterness lurking in this one.
