Batch #5 at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 24th April 25. Pours a very chestnut brown, aroma is balsamic vinegar, tart fruits, cocoa. Taste is tart, dry, balsamic, some sweetness, vinous. Lovely stuff

(Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 20 Feb 2025) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of lemon, elderflower and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with elderflower, lemon, grapefruit, white bread and funky yeast. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty, with a fresh acidity and a generous elderflower character. Very nice.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. Near clear cherryish colour beer, small pale pink head. Palate is airy and semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Tart cherry and berry fruits. A mild lemon acid. Light crispy finish. Nice enough.

Nose is tarte berry fruits, bitter raspberries, light funk, damp straw.
Taste comprises berry pips, raspberry yoghurt, vinous, funk, hedgerow, light acidic rise, barnyard esters.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a good puckering bite.
Solid work.

Pretty clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, fruity, pears, some cloves, sweet impression, juicy, good! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice start, a bit funky, fruity, pretty sourish, pears, spicy touch, floral notes, lemony. Aftertaste: lots of apple juice, lavender touch, pear juice, a bit funky, pleasant beer!
