Bottle from Just In Beer, Groningen. Batch #2. Aroma is grassy and funky with peppery yeast, hay, soft herbal notes, grain, slightly floral, bretty, grassy hop. Flavour is mildly tart with a gentle hoppy bitterness. Body is light. Another winner from Nevel, fairly complex yet subtle, funky and grassy.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is funky and tart fruity with wood, peach, citrus, grass, apricot, oats, white grapes, hay. Flavour is tart and mild sour with a dry finish. Body is medium. Beautiful brewing from Nevel, complex, fruity and refreshing. Tart and sourish, funky, the way I like my Saison.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is spicy and herbal with lavender, floral notes, citrus, lemon, grass, cinnamon, some bretty funk. Flavour is tartish with a little sweetness and a dry finish. Body is light. Spicy, herbal, funky. Mild tartness, dry. Nice.

Аромат полу дикий, но без особого хлева и сена, больше ягод скорее, малины и смородины, даже возможно крыжовника немного. Цвет тоже ягодный. пенки почти нету. Вкус умеренный, сбалансированный, ягоды с сеном, но без скота. Кислинка хорошая при глотке. Немного не понял почему такой низкий рейтинг, вполне сносный саур.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Batch #3 with cherries and blackberries like batch #2. Lots of tart berries in the aroma with funk, tart cherries, red fruits, blackberries, oak, light pale malt. Flavour is tart and moderate sour with a somewhat dry finish. Body is medium. Strikes the right chord with me, with its tart red fruits and funky notes.
