Good light copper body and some nice smooth cask foam. Smells of very soft grassy caramel, a little too faint. Taste is all soft grain and caramel, ends too wet, and a little cloying. The low alcohol is no excuse, these milds have definitely been done better elsewhere.

Hazy medium yellow body and some minimal foam. Smells of good weedy tangy hops, quite nice. Taste is lots of melon and pineapple, juicy and fresh. Ends smooth and tangy, refreshing. A nice easy spring hazy, excellent patio stuff.

Weak light clear gold body and bad modest foam. smells of good sharp floral hops, a bit of snappy grain. Taste is nice grassy hops, soft honeyed grain notes. Ends very crisp and snappy. Local brewers take note, this is how you do it. Not the prettiest pilsner but otherwise very well done.

Poured from 473mL can. Lightly cloudy golden brown with small white head. Caramel malt, tropical and pine hops, booze, unbalanced. Average.

500 ml bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with light head that settles quickly. Aromas of Brett, red berries, caramel, light vinous wood, and soft sweet toasted malts. Flavors follow same, with a little bourbon. A very nice balance between sweet and funky with a little sour and sharpness. Good cleansing carbonation and a little alcohol on the finish. A lot going on; very good.

Bottle at Weathered, pours a cloudy golden yellow, no head. Aroma smells like rosewater indeed — with some gentle saison yeast. Flavour is full of roses / floral character with saison yeast and dry earthiness. Intense rose and floral character. Not the most complex or elegant beer but it's drinkable and interesting enough.

Hazy, and it's kind of a dullish pale amber colour. Big thick head. The hops are slightly soupy/overripe, but there's also a lot of stone fruit, pineapple and weed. On the palate, well, lots of alcohol. Moderate bitterness. Malt sweetness isn't bad, but it's thick. Kinda yeasty, too. The hops are trying to fight through all this, bringing at least some dankness and peaches. It's not bad. I'd say it almost drinks like a TIPA. A bit rough for my taste, mostly because of the alcohol, but there are good elements in here.

On cask at Main Street, pours a deep dark brown with an amber tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out dark dried fruits, some sherry-like oxidation, and some bready malt. Flavour is much the same, with sherry-like oxidation, dark dried fruits, bready malt, and booze. It's clumsy and somewhat harsh; the cask doesn't suit a beer like this. Not very good.

On tap at Main Street, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out smooth bready malt English-style, a hint of toffee, and even some sturdy hops in back. Flavour is smooth but muted and lacking precision; there's bready malt, sturdy hops, earthiness. It's fine but not totally in target and lacking any memorable qualities. Okay.

On tap at Main Street, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, a hint of caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is fairly roasty, with toasted malt, crusty bready malt, some dirty earthiness, and light dry caramel. Toasty and bready. Inauthentic but decently made. Solid enough but nothing special.
