Coconut and roast. Black pour with decent head. Kind of a cloying liminess. Some perfume. Doesn't balance super well. Can.

473 ml can. Nitro. Pours a very dark brown with moderate tannish foamy head. Aromas of creamy roasted malts, nuts, and lactose. Flavors follow same. Watery for a nitro beer and not as creamy as I expected. Meh.

473ml can. Pours a hazy gold orange with a medium, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, orange, honey and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, orange peel, mango and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery to oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty standard old school IPA.

On tap at Steamworks - Mt Pleasant, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Nose brings out spicy rustic saison yeast and a touch of floral notes. Flavour actually has a nice spices rustic saison yeast, light floral notes, and crisp crackery malt. Rustic, dry and nicely spicy. Good.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 09/20/22). Clear hazed yellow gold with small white head. Corn malt with a touch of fresh oily leafy hops on the nose. Taste is very much the same. Just a disappointing variant of the already disappointing Stolen Bike lager. The fresh hops barely show through and can in now way save the lacklustre base beer. A waste of fresh hops.

Pale with a slight haze. Thin head. Light tartness from the wheat but more on the malty side. Seems like a touch of vanilla, I swear. Clean taste lets the malts, including some of the toastier ones, shine and there's just enough bitterness to balance it out. Not the most interesting of beers but I guess kotbusser never is. Not bad, though.

Dull pale. Doesn't look great. Doesn't look like a witbier. Thin head. Sticky and thick, and way too phenolic. Bubblegum and all that. Soursop? Maybe I get that, but I'm distracted by the fucking bubblegum. What on earth is that doing in a wit? Really messy ferm on this one.

Dark brown. Not much head. The base stout is flabby and weak, so the coconut doesn't benefit from malt richness the way most coconut beers do. Needs hop for balance, too. Sweet without being rich? Egads.

Has dank clear gold body and minimal foam. Aroma is nice dank hops, vague spruce tip. Taste is more great dank hops, juicy, spruce tip accenting it all. Ends smooth with lingering spruce tip. Well balanced, very approachable.
