Quite sweet but quite bitter, but don’t mesh well together, but both taste good on their own. oakville beer store

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, apple and grassy hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, apple, honey and herbal hops in a dry finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. This actually exceeded my expectations. A malt-forward lager that's easy to drink. Not what you would expect from the heart of the park.

Can from the LCBO. Clear medium gold with a one finger off white head that recedes gradually leaving some tight lace. Nose is lemon peel, tropical fruit, some light bread. Light sweet fruity start with a medium- lemony tartness in the middle fading slowly in the finish. Mouth is medium- and sticky with average carbonation. 7/3+/7-/3/13

Can from the Beer Store Mississauga Mostly clear golden orange color with a thin but long lasting bubbly white head. Caramel and bready maltiness some light earthy grass and some orange and citrus to round it out. Not bad old school ish IPA

Can, thanks Jonas. Dark brown with a medium tan head. Quite soft with nuts, light vanilla and chocolate. The body was medium and the finish fairly dry. A decent one.

This lager poured a clear, light yellow colour with a big, bright white foamy head. Medium lacing. Scents include corn, cereal and a very light vinegarette. First swig was kind of watery, with flavours of bread, cereal and light hops. Finish is a little bitter with that generic malt flavour lingering.

Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and very thick foamy-creamy lacing. Big cereal grain aromas at first, with some hops that I am not sure work for this style (as in not Saaz). The taste has the grain and the wheat flakes, but not sure this works as well. Almost nutty. At least the finish is decent. Not one I would have again.
