Can via the online shop. Absolute bollocks dirty puddle water that stinks of shit. Didn’t even taste it. Imagine you’re that fucked you ask for actual money for this shit. Always loved Buxton but don’t put shit in a can.

Ayrshire Coastal Walking Mini Break Beer#25. Bought for hotel drinking. Deeper golden coloured. This one has a towards bubblegum sweetness, not an overly appealing one at first, but as its fruit develops and finds its way against the brew's strength, it does get better - and this is at its best in its aftertaste.

Can. Buxton online. Missed a few of these my dang. Mostly clear pale gold. Solid sticky foam. Nose has clean dry grain as a backdrop to bright floral hop not dissimilar to rose petal. Bit of a twang too. Almost a lambic fruitiness. Weird but interesting. Taste is semi sweet with a decent hit of Buxton bitterness. Very clean overall. Dry-ish bitter finish. Nice one.

Can. Buxton online. Mostly clear pale gold. Decent sticky bubbly white foam. Sweet bready malts and pithy citrus piny hoppage. Taste has some sweetness and a good hit of bitterness balancing nicely. Pretty clean overall. Bitter finish of the like you’d expect from Buxton. Solid.

Can. Buxton online shop. Hazed amber. Decent sticky lasting off white foam. Sweet sugary malts up front. Lots of caramel. Hops are sappy. Taste is particularly sweet with moderate bitterness. Bit heavy overall. Sweet finish. Thought this might have been a bit better than it actually is. Buxton used to nail shit like this.

Can. Buxton online shop. Clear straw gold. Decent foamy white head. Nose has grassy privet leaf like hop and light semi sweet creamy grain. Taste is light dry with minimal bitterness. Very light body. Slightly watery finish. Ok. Not loads happening.

(Can) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, vinous nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins, figs, dates, toffee, oak wood, bourbon, vanilla and sweet liquorice. Malty, vinous taste with dried fruit, raisins, prunes, figs, caramel, toffee, chocolate, oak wood, bourbon, vanilla, a touch of cinnamon and a balanced spicy bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, quite sweet. Rich and powerful, with warming alcohol, caramelly malt and a balanced wood character. Very nice.

330ml can, sold to me by djoeye. Good looking in the glass with its slowly declining off-white head leaving crocheted lacing behind, deep copper coloured body. Attractive plain caramel malty aromas, mid-dry. Rounded taste character with caramel malts, slightly earthy, and with moments of herbal hops. Caramel malty finish, bittersweet. Smooth on the swallow. Medium bodied. Good drinking. (Tromsø, 20.01.2026).
