A light haze on this gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. The promised lemongrass is obvious but slightly recessed. Crisp pine. Yeah, fruit salad sweets on the back end. Light crisp finish. Really nice new hop but again, I think a lot of it will need to be used. A dipa of this would be a very interesting thing indeed.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, sweet enough. Again the Buxton supplied tasting notes seem spot on to me. Juicy piney melon and light rounded tangerine. Apple comes through on the end, light and bright. Crisp finish. Nice hop. Hope it's DIPAed of course.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, now why does the bubbly off white head on this one persist much longer than it's 3 siblings? Don't know. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. This new hop delivers good piney bright apple. Grape? Subtle but present as is a whisper of citrus. Light and semi dry finish. Another very interesting new hop. DIPA please!

Can shared at home. Pours jet black with brownish head. Nose is coffee and dark chocolate, a touch of smoke. Taste is pretty much the same, big on dark chocolate and dark malts, there's some smoke in there as well. Coses with coffeeish, roasty finish, has medium to full, dry body, feels thicker than the 7.5% ABVs. Tasty.

Can at home. Pours black with beige head. Nose is big on cocoa, chocolate and of course, coffee. This latter is kinda astrigent, pretty nice altogether. Taste is cocoa, acidic coffee, some chocolate, pretty smooth and round. Slightly bitter and somewhat sweet. Closes with bittersweet, coffee-cocoa finish, has light, creamy body and soft carbonation. Drinks below the ABV. All in all rather nice, very nicely balanced and pretty tasty.

Bottle at home from Sterk. Pours orangeish golden with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is funky, fruity, apricot comes through, somewhat earthy. Taste is slightly sweet, somewhat bitterish, dry, earthy, funky, with a mild fruit character and estery touches. Closes with a dry finish, it’s got a light body.

Can. Trembling Madness. First Buxton in a while. Looks good. Hazed yellow gold. Slim dense messy lacing lasting white froth. Nose has nice clean pale dry grain. Lemon meringue. Lots of lime flesh and pith. Tiny bit of coconut cream sends it down a savoury route a little. Not to any detriment mind. Taste is sweet to start with a decent level of yer Buxton bitterness. Creamy affair overall with a bitter finish. Nice.

Bottle shared at tasting. Opaque dark brown color, almost no head. Aroma and flavor are so.ething weird, absolutely not what I like. Weird vanilla raspberry sweet ice cream or something. Milkshake. Horrible. Drainpour.

Tap @ Cirkus, Stavanger. Dark brown body with a nice, dense tan head. Nice aroma of dark, roasted malt, coffee and mocha. Smooth in flavors, mild, roasted dark malt, chocolate, bitter coffee. Medium body, actually quite nice comparing with the moderate ABV level, smooth aftertaste. A nice, tasty and very smooth English porter.
