On tap at the brewpub. Black pour, with a small, tan head and good lacing. Big coffee aroma, milk chocolate, and light molasses. Very sweet flavor. Medium body, syrupy, and chalky. Overall, this is a pretty nice, sticky-sweet stout.

On tap at the brewpub. Dark copper pour, with a medium, beige head. The aroma is big cereal aromas, syrup, light resinous hops. Very sweet flavor, with light bitterness. Medium body, chalky, and syrupy. Overall, this is a pretty tasty irish red ale.

On tap at the brewpub. Light, hazy yellow pour, with a medium, white head. The aroma is nice citrus, biscuit dough, coriander, and white bread. The flavor is mellow sweetness and light hop bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky, and a little graininess. Overall, this is a fairly hoppy witbier. Tasty, but not as refreshing or crisp as a normal witbier.

Brewvival Trip Beer 36. Draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. The taste is roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, milk, bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Brewvival Trip Beer 35. Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear toffee color with a medium sized frothy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus, resin, earthy hops, toffee malts. The taste is bitter resin, citrus, herbal, melon hops. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness.
