On tap at the brewpub. Nice copper color, slightly hazy, with a medium, off-white head and good lacing. Great malty nose, with notes of caramel, oats, and ripe apples. Mild hop bitterness follows, lending some resinous and earthy character. Sweet and malty flavor up front, with a strong, but nicely balanced bitterness. Medium body, a little chalky, syrupy, and smooth. Overall, this is a great, aromatic, and balanced beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Light yellow pour, with a medium, white head. The aroma is heavy citrus, white bread, bananas, cloves, and lots of candi sugar. Very sweet flavor, with some good, citrusy tartness. Medium body, very lively, and spicy. Overall, this is a very sweet, flavorful saison, with a good mouthfeel.

On tap at the brewpub. Dark amber color, with a small, beige head. Big floral and citrusy hops, light caramel, and apples. The flavor is very bitter, with a pretty good malt backbone. Medium to heavy body. The mouthfeel is lightly acidic and a little watery. Overall, this is a nicely hopped beer, but the palate is lacking.
