Description
Winterlong Brewing Co. was a dream that started in the summer of 2014.
Marko and Meghan Marjanovic had been homebrewing for 10 years, and finally decided to take the risk and start a brewery. They secured a lease, applied for a licence, and ordered brewing equipment during the fall and winter of 2014.
Our philosophy is simple: we brew the beer we want to drink.
Winterlong Brewing Co. is a small, craft brewery. We focus on creating beer that is bold in flavour. Our beer is unfiltered in order to maximize flavour and aroma.

Hazy pale with a thick head. Has a rather intense, green hop nose. Bitter, quite harsh actually, with intense powdery hops. Decent.

Hazy, light amber, thin head. Aroma is caramelly and a touch stale. Big fruity spruce note. Lively. The malt base works against the spruce brightness but still.

Re-rate. Poured from 473mL can. Clear light gold with small near white head. Bready malt with mild pine hops, some underlying sweetness and an alcohol kick. Still not a fan... July 09, 2018 (6/3/5/2/11=2.7): Poured from the tap at the taproom. Mostly clear orangey yellow with white head. Very mild fruity grass hops with some bready malt. Pretty underwhelming.
