Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Aroma is tart fruits and grainy malt with peppery saison yeast, funky notes, citrus, lightly grassy hops, herbal hints. Flavour is tart and light sour with a little bitterness in the (dry) finish. Body is medium. Dry and funky, the way I like my Saison.

Pint Can from the Beer Trappe, 2/1/25. Bit of a gusher. Hazy orange, large white head, average retention. Aroma of tart berry and not much else. Taste is cranberry, blackberry, pepper, chocolate in the finish. Lingering tartness. Solid.

CBJ Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. A light haze on this slightly dark gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Airy malts, a modest sweetness. A light funk, mildly savoury. Generic fruits, mildly tart. Light and semi dry finish. Quite approachable.
