Nice golden color, loads of carbonation.
Aroma is fruity, peppers, and some slight grasy notes. Flavour is again, quite peppery, and fruity, but the pepper wins out. There is a nice hoppy bitterness in there also. Well balanced beer. Mouthfeel is slightly thin though. This is very much like a Saison i find.

Looks like a normal stout, but the aroma has got roasted malt, and smoke, but its also funky, and sour!
it’s like mixing a stout, and a lambic. The flavour is .............whoa, sour, and olive like. Like i said before, the flavour is like a mix of a lambic and stout, it’s roasty, but very sour. not very nice at all.

hazy, murky orange color. lots going on in the aroma, coriander, yeast, orange, lemon, apple, a hint of mint. flavour is beautiful, sweetness with apples, and a slight tarness that is followed buy a loverly bitterness that reminds me a lemonade. as the beer wamrs up, its very much tart like a lambic. mouthfell is so smooth, and lots of lovely gentle carbonation. outstanding beer!

12oz can. Nice mixed culture flavor and tone, sour but lots of yeasty depth. The fruit tone here is rather mild, and like another rater noted, more gooseberry than anything else. Nice flavors still, but the body kind of ends abruptly. Unique, OK.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Aroma is tart fruits and grainy malt with peppery saison yeast, funky notes, citrus, lightly grassy hops, herbal hints. Flavour is tart and light sour with a little bitterness in the (dry) finish. Body is medium. Dry and funky, the way I like my Saison.
