75cl bottle from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: no. C: amber, clear. A: apple pie, a lot of spices, cardamom, cinnamon, clove…etc. T: full body, vinous, warming alcohol, different spices like in the aroma, apple pie yet not sweet at all, very nice warm sipper for winter evenings.

T: medium body, rhubarb, sour apples, bit white wine, dry on the palate, light puckering, funky touch, soft to medium carbonation, very nice, fully enjoyed.

Can sourced from Beerdome and drunk at home (05/11/2021) - golden pour with a white head. Interesting balance of tart and sweet apples, apple peel, medium acidity, pulpy apple flesh, wooden accents, medium body, tart apple fruity finish. Nice.

Light, sour and tart, sweet green apple, earthy. Finishes dry. Nice.
