Leicht süßer, mild rauchiger Beginn. Schnell kommen moderate Chilinoten hinzu, leichte Schokoladennoten, geringe Herbe. Die Schärfe steigt moderat an, Kakao, eher trocken. Cremig malziger, angenehm scharfer Abgang, mittellanger Nachhall. Harmonisch, ausgewogen. 8/11/10/10/10/10

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orange amber, very thin white head. Aroma: Fruity, grape, some tartness, hints of Whiskey. Taste: Typical La Calavera balsamico-vinegar like over medium tartness, combined with a mix of subtle sweetish Rum notes, Whiskey notes and vinuous red wine notes. All barrels present and in some way fighting for the win with the tartness as a stable base. Medium body, almost no carbonation (also quite common at La Calavera). Overall an ok beer with a nice complexity if you drink it mindfully.

Bottle, almost no head whatsoever, hazy deepish oxidized orange colour, aroma of terpentine, varnish, wood, earthy and mouldy and spicy notes, flavor of wood and terpentine, hint of sour apple and a whiff of vanila, wevery sour and quite piercing. Not easy to drink but very interesting and enjoyable.
