Bottle from Chez Ben. Dark mahogany with a huge billowy khaki coloured head that lingers and leaves patchy lace. Nose is coffee, chocolate, wood, vanilla, molasses. light+ sweet milk chocolate and molasses sweetness with a medium coffee bitterness. Mouth is full and creamy with soft carbonation. 8/4/7/4-/15

Can that pours a mildly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a huge bubbly white cap, good stay and loads of foamy patches on the glass. Cereal grain nose with somewhat of a macro hop concoction. Pretty much the same for the taste, but the malts are falling on the adjunct side of things as the hops. Drinkable, but not in my favourite light lager.

500mL nitro, pours a deep dark brown / black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with dark red fruits, light roast, and some oxidation. Lots of dark fruits here, with low roast and bready malts on the finish. Good stuff.
